I aim to provide personal, in home or office consultations offering information and education about some of the following topics/issues:

- Health, nutrition and exercise in pregnancy
- What to expect in labour and birth
- Pain relief/management in labour and birth
- Forming a Birth Plan
- Preparing the nursery/home for a newborn baby
- Safety recommendations and current Australian standards
- What to expect in adjusting to life with a newborn
- Bringing your newborn home from hospital
- Establishing a feeding and sleeping routine for a newborn
- Infant feeding: breast vs. bottle

I can even help you  to physically choose, order, take delivery of and set up your baby stuff, as well as helping you organise housecleaning or babysitting/nannying services.
